7 Crystals to help you deal with anxiety and stress

Let's face it—January hasn't even ended yet and it's already been one hell of a ride. Capricorn season has been particularly tough this year for all of us, so it's easy to feel anxious and stressed this early on.


When you just don't have the time to meditate or get enough sleep (or you're too busy dodging the Wuhan coronavirus or the ashfall from Taal), having some of these crystals in your bag can help you bring some peace of mind to fight another day.


Blue lace agate

Blue lace agate is arguably a staple crystal for those who often deal with anxiety and stress. Just looking at this lovely shade of blue is already calming in itself! Its flowy pattern is akin to the slow waves of the sea, beckoning us to close our eyes and take a breather. It is associated with the throat chakra, allowing us to communicate with others in a clear, gentle manner. This is great to have in a place like your desk at the office, where a lot of our daily stresses come from.


Amethyst
